* Definition of Retainer Client:
Retainer
Clients are individuals who are ready for long-term partnership (90-day minimum) and can commit to a specific number of hours each
month. These clients retain Simplified Office Solutions' (SOS) time, paid in advance each month. Since retainer clients
commit to a certain number of hours per month, paid in advance, their rate is considerably less than the Pay As You Go Rate.
Retainer rates are billed to the 10th of an hour (increments are rounded), with a 10-hour minimum paid in advance each month.
If
Retainer Clients do not honor their 90-day agreement, SOS will treat the client as a Pay As You Go client.
